- ITC/PTC extension for wind/solar
- $7,500 EV credit for new vehicles (w/ input sourcing reqs and income limits) and $4k for used
$35B - $40B in credits for emerging techs (!). Direct pay for H2, 45Q+, 48C. No transmission.
