A Palestinian man, Islam Hasan Muhammad Salih, who was heavily injured in the attack Israel carried out on the Nuseirat Camp in the central Gaza, by violating the ceasefire once again, lost his life.
Salih’s young son carried his father’s body on a stretcher to the morgue in tears. According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, at least 981 people have been killed and 3,104 injured by Israeli army fire despite a ceasefire in place since October 2025
Don’t stop talking about Gaza.
The genocide is still ongoing. The killing has not stopped. The starvation has not stopped. The suffering has not stopped.
Silence only helps the perpetrators.
This is Omar Halasa from Gaza. Israel killed him in Gaza.
His father wrote a short while ago:
“Omar… Today marks the opening of the World Cup. During the last tournament, Omar surprised me with his passion and love for football. He followed the matches like a true expert—he knew the schedule, the players’ names, and their positions. He lived every game as if it were his own, especially when it involved the teams he supported. He celebrated their victories and grieved their defeats…” 💔 #FIFAWorldCup #WeAre26 #FWC26

We collected every dollar they owe the people of this city — and will continue to hold them accountable. In New York, corporations are held to the same standard as everyone else.
