@Sonos how do my speakers vanish from my system on a weekly basis? (Then magically reappear days later). I have them in 3 rooms, this morning I can only listen in 1. The most expensive and the most useless tech in our house
@Sonos yet another great app experience (NOT) from Sonos. This is what my app's showing me, but I've just pressed play on a speaker and am listening to music.
Thinking I'd be better off with an old fashioned record player/radio etc. At least I could manage my own music
@sonos am trying to go to work, can't stop my music because my app refuses to do ANYTHING. What's the point of having expensive listening kit with no way of controlling it. Useless
@sonos have you made another app update that renders it useless just in different ways to the last version? Now unable to control the music that was playing, without opening up the music app? 🤯🤬 we've got hardware that costs £££s and is now rendered practically useless
@EE elderly parents switched to you from @skytv for tv, internet & phone. For over 2 months they have had no working landline despite my poor dad making endless calls.
Engineer supposed to turn up today, nothing. Shocking service, even worse that they rely on their landline...
@sonos why on earth does it take 2-3 minutes to turn the volume up/down, stop music etc on the new app? It's the most frustrating app I use. I HATE the update.
@DAustinRoses I've got an Emily Brontë that seems go mad each year. It's currently at about 7ft high in the centre (with buds). Should I cut this back or just leave it to do its own thing?
