@Creditq6 इस कंपनी में मेरे नंबर किसी सप्लायर ने दे दिए है और इन्होंने बिना किसी जाँच के कॉल पर कॉल ६० कॉल और साथ एसएमएस दिन में ७०० भेजे जा रहे है इस कंपनी का क्या करना ��ाहिए और जब मैंने बता भी दिया की कोई लेनादेना नहीं है लेकिन ये कंपनी के महानुभाव मानने को तैयार भी नहीं है

I applied for GST registration on 01-05-2026, but I have not received the Aadhaar authentication link yet, and there is also no option to resend it. Is there any other option available, or should I just wait?

It’s 7th Sept.
👉 3 crore ITRs still pending.
👉 Utilities came late by 3 months.
👉 Only 4.5 crore ITR filed in 2 months.

But your target is 3 crore more in one week. Even ChatGPT will give up on that prompt.

Ground reality check:

⚡️Floods in Punjab, many natural calamities and monsoon rains everywhere

⚡️Many religious and common festivals during this period

⚡️Portal that crashes more than India’s electricity grid in monsoon

Still, no extension? Brilliant.

Because obviously, taxpayers are The Flash and CAs are robots.

Practical fix (not rocket science):
✅ ITR (Non-Audit) – 15 Oct 2025
✅ ITR (Audit) – 31 Dec 2025
✅ GST 9/9C – 31 Jan 2026

Remember that Deadlines don’t collect taxes. People do. Professionals pursue tax collection.

And people aren’t coded like your portal.

We request you to extend
📌 Non-Audit ITR due date (15-Sep) → Extend to 30-Sep-2025
📌 Tax Audit due date (30-Sep) → Extend to 30-Nov-2025
📌 Audit Case ITR due date (31-Oct) → Extend to 31-Dec-2025
📌GST 9/9C ( 31-dec) – Extend to 31 Jan 2026

Because
⚡ITR forms were released late up to July 2025 & Portal glitches remain unresolved
⚡ Floods, monsoons & natural calamities in many states
⚡ Portal crashes & software inefficiencies

This is not a demand for favour. It is a demand for fairness.

A humble request to Hon’ble Finance Minister — please grant an extension and let taxpayers & professionals serve the nation with clarity, accuracy, and peace of mind.

अब कल से डिपार्टमेंट Date Extend नहीं करने को Justify करने के लिए Hourly/ Daily ITR फाइल होने के Data देना चालू कर देगा

इससे ये साबित करने की कोशिश करेगे की हम सही है, हमारा लाडली इंफ़ोसिस का पोर्टल सही है

कमी आप CA/Adv/consult में है, आपको ITR फाइल करने की नियत ही नहीं है

लेकिन ये ये व���ली बात नहीं बतायेगे ये की

1) ITR Form April की जगह जुलाई में आए थे
2) Utility इनकी Aug लास्ट में आई थी
3) AIS/TIS इनके चल नहीं रहे है
4) Techncial Glich आ रहे है

Tax Audit Date Extension - इस साल दो ही संभावनाएं है - या तो Tax Audit की date बढ़ेगी या फिर Tax Audit देरी से होंगे और उसका Reasonable Cause भी होगा कि वांछित ���ारण होते हुए भी Date नहीं बढ़ाई गई !!!!
“ये एक अजीब स्तिथि होगी इसलिए वित्त मंत्रालय को तुरंत Tax Audit की Date 2 माह आगे बढ़ा देनी चाहिए”। इसमें देरी एक असमंजस की स्तिथि उत्पन्न कर रही है ।
