@ngtubeangel you can still take T there’s no guarantee that you will actually have severe symptoms of atrophy and in a horrible worst case scenario you could go off hormones for a bit if there is truly no way to access E and your atrophy symptoms are horrible and unbearable

@pervic1de it’s a direct result of lowered estrogen levels but it’s not always severe. the only way to “treat” it is with topical estrogen but if your only issue is dryness and not any of the painful stuff then using more lube does the job
