At #Sagaing Township ,SarTaung Town, Tharzin Village was burned down by the army,caused about 700 houses were destroyed and 60-year-old Daw Than Myint died in the fire,residents said.

My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Myanmar today, especially those who lost their lives, families and homes from the Cyclone Mocha.

I call on the Thai caretaker government and the international community to expedite the delivery of humanitarian assistance to those affected by the Cyclone, with priorities given to those in dire need first. This is in line with my new foreign policy agenda as PM-Elect.

My policies on Myanmar will engage with all stakeholders, focusing on human security considerations, including humanitarian and economic aspects. These will be implemented with a view to achieving mutual peace and prosperity for Thailand, Myanmar, ASEAN and beyond.

၁-၃။ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် မိုခါဆိုင်ကလုန်းကြောင့် အသက်အိုးအိမ်စည်းစိမ်ပျက်စီးခဲ့ရတဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေနဲ့အတူ ကျနော် ဒီနေ့မှာ မျှဝေခံစားတဲ့စိတ်အာရုံနဲ့အတူ မေတ္တာပို့ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းပါ တယ်။

၂-၃။ မုန်တိုင်းဘေးဒဏ်ကြောင့် ထိခိုက်ခံစားရတဲ့ပြည်သူတွေကို လူသားချင်းစာနာတဲ့အကူအညီတွေ ပေးအပ်မှုကို အဆောတလျင်အမြန်ဆုံးဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ ကြားကာလအစိုးရနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုင်းအဝန်းကို ကျနော်တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။ သေရေး ရှင်ရေးတမျှ အကူအညီတွေလိုအပ်နေတဲ့ မုန်တိုင်းဘေးဒုက္ခသည်တွေကို ဦးစားပေးအနေနဲ့ ပထမဆုံး အထောက်အပံ့တွေပေးရမှာပါ။  ဒါဟာ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်အသစ်အဖြစ် ရွေးကောက်ခံထားရတဲ့ ကျနော်ရဲ့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးမူဝါဒအသစ်နဲ့ကိုက်ညီတဲ့ တောင်းဆိုချက်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၃-၃။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ကျနော်ရဲ့ မူဝါဒဟာ လူသားဘ၀လုံခြုံရေးစဉ်းစားချက်အပေါ် အာရုံစိုက်ပြီး အရေးပါတဲ့အင်အားစုတိုင်းနဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းမယ့်မူဝါဒဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလူသားဘ၀လုံခြုံရေး အခြေခံတဲ့မူဝါဒမှာ လူသားချင်း စာနာထောက်ထားမှုအပိုင်းရော၊ စီးပွားရေး ဘ၀လုံခြုံတိုးတက်ရေး အပိုင်းတွေပါ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ ဒီမူဝါဒကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရာမှာ ထိုင်း-မြန်မာနှစ်နိုင်ငံ၊ အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ကြီးတခုလုံးအပြင် နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုက်အမြုံအတွက်ပါ အပြန်အလှန်ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနဲ့ သာယာ၀ပြောရေးကို ဆောင်ကြဉ်းရရှိစေရေးဆိုတဲ့အမြင်နဲ့ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
