@Virgin_TrainsEC Hi! I just bought tickets LDS -> KGX, as I waited for the payment to go through I got a HTTP 403 error. I refreshed the page, now the site tells me "We'll be back soon". No confirmation email, but bank says payment is pending. What do I do?

@LNER Bought them from the VTEC site, about 10-10:30pm on Thursday. The tickets were LDS to KGX on Aug 16th, return on Aug 19th, two people, one 16-25 railcard.
