@DanielOchekwu Bro, you are not very familiar with Nigeria's financial sector. I've been a victim, so I can say. Someone can impersonate you, open bank accounts and carry out transactions...they even went as far as taking loan. The KYC they do is a sham!
Two takeaways:
1. People are drawn to sensationalism without critical thinking. That's why Balablu has used the illiterate and childish argument about revenue generation.
2. Based on the same lack of critical thinking, but to a lesser degree, people confuse a demand for accountability, curbing financial recklessness, as vindictiveness.
3. (Yes I know I said two). Nigerians are their own worse enemies. Barely able to choose between good and bad governance.
@Thatmbaisegal_ I came to BC from the UK and I completely understand what this person faced.
If not that I got a job from the sch before coming, it would have been challenging.
I know people who have been here for up to a year without a job. Mostly students
