@HelloBenWhite It was Brazil, France and Italy. I don’t recall England being involved. While Roberto Carlos scored that mad goal, the 3-3 draw between Brazil and Italy remains one of the best matches I’ve ever watched at international level.
@thebiggis@Prosaas1@radialpro@grok This was the original commentary that I heard in 1986. Of course it also depends on the TV network you watched the match on.
@kunmigbenga@Jaypumping28 The issue is not about rights now. You may be right, but it won’t help you if you die. These elements should be removed from contact with the public. This man is not well adjusted for frontline Police work.
@ikengamusic_@winexviv@Sommy_Dav A private effort is being made to improve the lot of our youth and you’re already sowing the seeds of division. And people think that Biafra will thrive. Onye melu unu ifea?
@ONkpoka@ARISEtv Even if he “wins”, he will not be allowed to be President. This is what happened in 2023. Unless he (and all his supporters) has a game plan for addressing this, regardless of the actual election result he will fail to become president. What’s required is revolution.
@TrendingEx@RealOlaudah How much do you pay? If you want to attract good quality you have to pay really well. This is true globally. My experience with new hires and interns in Nigeria has been very different.
@winexviv@ayemojubar My Physics lecturer at UNN back in 86/87. I think he was still Dr. P.N. Okeke then, and taught me Physics 104. Great teacher! Wonderful human being too. Good to see him still alert and interested in life!
@Spearhead_Af Childish analysis! If our government did their job of preventing the killing of Nigerians, how would foreign actors be able to wade into the country? In all, you said absolutely nothing about the ongoing killings in the country, whether of Christians or Muslims? Rubbish analysis!
@_InsideNigeria@jidesanwoolu There’s already an Ovaltine factory in Ogba, Ikeja. Are they reviving that or is this a new one? In any case, there’s been a net exodus of businesses since the APC affliction arrived, including under Tinubu.
@vdmempire When you’re promised a job in a foreign land, you need to make your enquiries to be sure you’re not being scammed. You need to investigate beyond what you’re told to avoid falling victim to evil people. It is vital to do this to safeguard your own life regardless of your gender.
@grok@iamThevivid@Ehys__ @MrEnugu1 If Oloibiri was the first oilfield in Nigeria, then what was Shell doing in Owerri from between 1910 & 1920 up to the late 1950’s when they relocated their HQ to Port Harcourt? Is it not logical that oil was discovered and produced in the area around Owerri prior to Oloibiri?
