@allisonpearson@NikkiStix55 Yeah. The list would be too long for supermarkets and government to cope with if it was the original list of vulnerable people that they came up with.
@DrFrancesRyan@Ocado Ocado has been a shambles from the start. I contacted them about myself (neurological condition) and my very elderly parents (one of whom is very frail) and was basically told - we understand your worried, your not on the list, hard luck.Their attitude and disorganization stinks.
@julieann1818@MerielPaterson This isn’t true unfortunately, Ocado have informed us that although we are on the vulnerable list we aren’t regular enough customers for them to give us priority. We even have a smart pass and been customers for 3 years.
@SanghaAlicia@Ocado I’m disgusted with them to they basically told me the same as you, yes I’m on the shielding vulnerable priority list but as I wasn’t a constant weekly customer of there’s I should go ask for a slot on my supermarket list that I use regularly. As I have several supermarkets I use.
Glad to have got a @Morrisons delivery booked. After the absolute fiasco of trying to sort a @Ocado slot. So guess which supermarket is going to be my new fav?
@robynbrookes2@KimberleyJWalsh Ocado aren’t prioritising all the vulnerable, only those that are vulnerable and regular customers ! Won’t define what regular is but given we have a smart pass and been shopped with them since 2017, vulnerable list- still not gd enough 2b prioritised. Seems linked to big spends!
@Ocado You keep replying asking me to DM you with my account info and I keep replying saying I’m already in a DM conversation with you - where I’ve given all my account into and - you’re not responding. Do you see the problem?
@ocado I finally managed to secure a slot yesterday but didn't have time to finalise the basket. I went back when I knew what was needed, picked everything, and then when I went to check out, got thrown off. How am I supposed to edit my order? Your system is not fit for purpose!
@Ocado It is all very well telling us that 'Ocado Reserved is no longer working', but why not explain why its not, and what you are doing to get it up and running again
@DrFrancesRyan@Ocado A friend of mine received this text and she hasn’t used them for a delivery since 2011. There isn’t even fairness amongst @Ocado users, never mind anyone else.
