@rwomchechen I am only admiring Kenya's ID! Uganda's...is lacking, I think! I get to wonder if one ceases being citizen once the (Ugandan) ID expires as it has got expiry dates! Does citizenship (even by descent expire), at some point?

@rwomchechen But what the soldier is doing is not help as you seem to put it. I think it is the mandate of all gov'ts to 'protect' people and their property, and we (as civilians) give them money via taxes to do so. BTW I thought it's supposed to be the police keeping law&order, and not army!

Legally, none of them has the mandate except the police. I think this is a police case, and I hope that the institution will do the needful.
