Gross include perks, interest benefit, and tax paid by Banks on it, in actual , In Hand Salary ~ 1Lac/month

Same ranked LIC other sector have better work life balance with 5 Days work week. Seems you've joined bank recently, will face heat gradually

Absolutely frustrated by this news. An innocent Malliposi branch manager was suspended just for following the law. The deceased didn't have a registered nominee, meaning a death certificate and legal heir details were legally required to release the funds. Stop making honest bankers scapegoats for systemic issues.

All we do is:
Keep taxing middle class every year and burden them
Increasing taxation on equity markets and make sure FIis run out of India
Give freebies to the ones who don't want to work
Periodically, do farm loan waivers for the ones who never pay tax

उस नोट में लिखा है "असहनीय मानसिक दबाव, स्टाफ की भारी कमी, बिना उचित प्रशिक्षण के शाखा में फेंक देना, ग्राहकों की प्रताड़ना, परिवार से दूर पोस्टिंग और ₹5 लाख का बंधनकारी बॉन्ड"

क्या यही “प्रोफेशनल वर्क कल्चर” है?

यह केवल एक आत्महत्या नहीं बल्कि बैंकिंग व्यवस्था पर बहुत बड़ा सवाल है। Bank of Baroda सहित सभी बैंकों के शीर्ष प्रबंधन को आत्ममंथन करना चाहिए।

बैंक क्रुरता से नहीं, इंसानों से चलते हैं। कोई नौकरी इतनी क्रूर नहीं होनी चाहिए कि एक युवा अधिकारी लिखे “यह दुनिया मेरे लिए नहीं है”

इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए। यह सिर्फ एक परिवार का दुख नहीं, बल्कि पूरे बैंकिंग तंत्र के लिए चेतावनी है।
