On July 24, 2026, Colonel Valentyna Savitska, Deputy Head of the Center for International Cooperation and Strategic Communications of Department of the State Protection of Ukraine, tragically lost her life in a missile strike on the Kyiv region.

Throughout her many years of service, she dutifully fulfilled her military obligation and devotedly served the State of Ukraine.

Valentyna Savitska’s high professionalism, sense of responsibility, integrity and tireless work formed the foundation of many vital achievements of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine. It was through her perseverance that the Department significantly expanded its international cooperation, deepened engagement with foreign partners, and substantially reinforced its strategic communications.

We express our deepest condolences to the family, loved ones, friends and colleagues of Valentyna Savitska. We share the grief of this irreparable loss.

May her memory be eternal. Rest in peace. 🕯️

Young Yana still remembers the day russians shelled the railway station in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, as if it happened yesterday.

In April 2022, she and her family were trying to evacuate. They were forced to leave their home behind but it still wasn’t enough for those creatures.

After the explosion, Yana lay on her back and lifted her legs, but she couldn’t see them. She had lost both. Her mother was heavily injured too.

Yet Yana refuses to give up. She even tries to run, because breaking the spirit of the Ukrainian people is one of Russia’s goals in this war.

This was 11-year-old Maria Levchenko.

Yesterday, russia killed her in her own home in Zaporizhzhia.

Her mother survived because she was in the hallway.

Her younger brother survived because he was outside.

Maria was in the kitchen.

She didn't survive.

Maria loved swimming, drawing, and playing the keyboard. She should have been enjoying her summer, not becoming another victim of russia's war.

Never let this become normal.
Never forget russia.
