@real_n3o I think I follow… I stake 100 WILD for land, then I sell the land for 200 WILD. 100 of that is to replace my staked amount and the other 100 is for the appreciation?

So the staking cost is a floor essentially. Unless a seller is willing to pay some or all of the buyer staking?
