Seeman's stand?

2005–2006 -> DK era. Support: Dravidar Kazhagam (Periyar ideology), campaigned for DMK alliance in 2006 TN election. -> DMK (Karunanidhi) won.

2009 -> Left DK. Formed Naam Tamilar Iyakkam (social outfit), timed with the end of the Sri Lankan civil war.

2010 -> Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) founded as a political party. Seeman becomes chief-coordinator.

2011 -> Support: Supported AIADMK. -> AIADMK won.

Seeman was one of main reason Congress lost foothold in Many areas in Tamil Nadu.

2016 -> First solo contest, all 234 seats. Against: DMK and AIADMK both, for the first time. Vote share: 1.1%. -> AIADMK (Jayalalithaa) won again.

2019 (Lok Sabha) -> Against: DMK + AIADMK duopoly. Vote share: 3.8–3.9%. -> DMK-led alliance swept.

2021 (Assembly) -> Against: Both Dravidian majors, no alliance. Vote share: 6.7–6.9%. -> DMK (Stalin) won, became CM (159/234 seats).

2024 (Lok Sabha) -> Against: DMK, AIADMK, BJP -> "Dravidian alternative" positioning solidified. Vote share: 8.1–8.2%, NTK gets state party status. -> DMK-led INDIA alliance swept all 39 seats.

But my Question is

DMK's 2026 narrative was DMK vs BJP centred NDA (Not ADMK centred NDA), Slogans like TN vs Delhi, TV vs BJP. DMK focused less ADMK.

At the same time NTK focused more on TVK, rather than DMK (congress) , ADMK (BJP) or duopoly.

Why NTK choose to attack TVK more, the same time DMK's strategy was against BJP/Delhi.

Something this not adding up in this equation.

CPI TN – Horse trading is happening in Tamil Nadu (looks like it's not mentioned directly whom or whose).

CPI and CPM are going to contest the local body elections alone.

Looks like the current TVK alliance is breaking.

some forces are trying not to force, or don't want, a DMK alliance with BJP.

So, TVK + INC + PMK + (IUML).

CPI, CPM, and VCK are trying their best, or trying for some people, that DMK should not go into a BJP alliance.

Or DMK also doesn't want an alliance with BJP, but they might need an alliance for support and future elections (by-elections, local body elections, and general elections) because I feel, as of now, DMK doesn't have a choice other than joining with BJP.

I previously said, BJP is also having edge in this election results.

Cases against DMK by TVK, Horse Trading complaint againt TVK to Governor by DMK, ADMK and etc gives lot of advatages to BJP (will help is short term).

The act of Govt led by @TVKVijayHQ of handing over Pattas for 3084 acres Karur Temple inam land to public is not to be seen as an act done in isolation. A forgotten past story that will confirm this trend follows...
We, Hindus, dormant, keep waiting, thinking that others will take action and are good only in reacting rather than acting. Do you know that Madurai Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple's 49 acres Vandiyur land worth several thousands Crores is now occupied by Roman Catholic Mission St Mary's Church, ably supported by the then Govt? Whether it was successive Govts led by DMK or ADMK, Temples' interests came as the last priority. Lets see how this happened..... Endowment land was bought by RCM in 1894 from a priest who was INAM beneficiary, thus not the legal owner of the title. The sale was held as illegal by RDO in 1948 contending that temple is the owner, further confirmed by Dist Collector and Dist Judge in 1949 and 1954. On an appeal by RCM the HC in 1959 ruled in favour of RCM. This Order was quashed by SC in further appeal by the Temple administration in 1966, rendering the sale to RCM as illagal. The Govt. changed in 1967, seized this as opportunity to betray Hindus in favour of RCM. In 1968, Tahsildar ruled in favour of the Church, overruling the SC verdict. It was ironical that Tahsildar under DMK Govt had more legal power than that of the SC judge! The HR&CE Dept. @tnhrcedept kept quiet instead of appealing against the contempt. In 2013 an activist by RTI found this fiasco. Also it was found that the successive Govt led by Dr. MGR awarded a GENEROUS Rs 8406 as annual compensation to be paid by RCM to the Temple. This is the secularism and religious harmony these past Govts have been practising. Lesson learnt: Govts will keep Court Orders at bay and act in their contempt to please other religious institutions at the cost of interests of our sacred temples. It is high time that we pursue against this legally. WE WILL, very shortly. For us the interests of Madurai Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple is paramount.

Background

The Temple filed the suit seeking:

* Declaration that it is the absolute owner of the suit lands.
* Recovery of possession from the defendants.
* Mesne profits.

The Temple contended that:

* The lands are unenfranchised Devadayam (service inam) lands dedicated for Thirumanjanam service.
* Under the Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963 (Act 30 of 1963), the Settlement Tahsildar wrongly granted ryotwari patta to private persons without issuing notice to the temple.
* The defendants later purchased the land based on that patta.

Important findings

The High Court held:

1. Inam Fair Register (Title Deed No. 940) is the crucial document.
* It clearly showed that the grant was a Devadayam service grant for the temple.
* Such entries carry great evidentiary value.
2. Patta under Act 30 of 1963 did not defeat the temple’s rights.
* Since the patta was granted without proper notice to the temple and contrary to the nature of the grant, it was not binding on the temple.
3. Sale deeds executed by service holders or purchasers cannot defeat the temple’s statutory right.
* The Court relied on the Supreme Court decision in Sankaranarayana Swamy Devasthanam v. P.S. Chandrasekara Raja (2022), holding that where the grant is burdened with temple service, the temple retains the statutory right of resumption.
4. Once service has ceased, the temple can resume the land.
* Under Section 21(7) of the HR&CE Act, the property becomes the temple’s absolute property upon resumption.
5. Cancellation of documents.
* The Court held that the temple is entitled to:
* seek cancellation of the sale deeds before the registration authority, and
* seek cancellation of the Settlement Patta issued under Act 30 of 1963.

From my understanding about this issue:

If you work for a company ( Temple) and they give you a house, MacBook, and iPhone ( Land), do they still belong to you after you stop working company (Temple) ?

Land was given, so they can generate wealth from them, salary for working in Temple. The Land doesn't have right to be transferred, only to be used.

At the same Govt should think about people ( only poor and innocents), Court will settle this issue and govt also should take alternative decision, it should not affect poor and innocent people.

The word "God" is missing! It's literally foreign and Dravidian propaganda, like what happened to Thor and Loki. First they say He is not God, He was just a forefather and king. Then they say, "See, this foreign god is good." And then you end up following that civilization's values, abusing and making fun of our own values.

A devotee of Shiva stoops to low levels for clicks because of consecutive failures.

First they say the water in the cup is not perfect.
Then they empty the cup.
