Also the desktop app needs to be able to share context with a companion chat session which will primary be useful to research. The chat usage currently just wast away. Likely the codex use can be reduce a bit if we can offload some research and planning to the web chat - not work

Found my workflow skills largely redundant now. A bit of steering and preference for model use is fine though. Focus more on actual skills to help with processes not to force th harness itself to act in specified paths.

Hermes automation is the eventual default of all harness. Current interface is still quite verbose and sluggish. Code first is a limiter and burns too much process in simply querying api and filtering.
