Four suspected Meitei militants were arrested with a mortar! They have been identified as Haorongbam Ranjit, Ngangom Shanta Meitei, Abujam Naoba and Mutum Robindra, according to India Today reports. They were transporting the weapon from Thoubal towards Imphal at around 10 pm on June 19. An FIR has been filed against the four.
