@cj_zZZz@CodeGuidedev That’s a lot of tools. Isn’t there duplication between OpenaiAPI and ClaudeAPI or Cursor and Windsufr? Are all of them needed?
I’m trying to figure out best minimum setup to give it a try…
@Fidias0 It’s almost as if those close to power eagerly await a moment where they can justify excessive spending, to fight off some crisis, and get a cut for themselves…
@turtledumplin As a spectator from outside of the US… I think this is one of the most apt, concise and spot on reflection on the situation in the middle.
@ElizaLilly19@BrianG416@friendoffrogs@EllePole22@WiredWoozle@amandalhu@22_Minutes You’re almost there…
Why do people believe it isn’t necessary? Could it be that they have greater problems to worry about?
(Also, majority of the population doesn’t believe raising taxes is necessary, yet time and effort is spent to convince them otherwise.)
@ElizaLilly19@BrianG416@friendoffrogs@EllePole22@WiredWoozle@amandalhu@22_Minutes So simple… honestly… People lost their businesses, sanity, health so no wonder they want to stay away from everything Covid related. Even if it’s just in their heads.
But tell me this-why doesn’t the government start a ventilation improvement grant scheme to help businesses?
@EllePole22@ElizaLilly19@WiredWoozle@amandalhu@22_Minutes Alternatively… people might just want to avoid prosecution, fines, debt, snitches, playground closures for their kids, not being allowed to go outside freely...
Given the absurdity of some measures and their side effects, this is only to be expected.
@ZaleskiLuke@elonmusk@neuralink Luke, any chance you could focus a bit more on the unregulated space of all things AI?
TBH you’re right about some things Elon, wrong about others.
Here is the full length video report into the mysterious 'Global Disinformation Index' and how it censors political speech across Europe and the US. Please share widely, more people need to know.
@gerdosi@AlastairMcA30 Unfortunately not in modern times of social media influenced science.
It’s like back to the town square- whoever shouts loudest,wins the crowd. Reasoning replaced by popularity.
I hope it’s a phase… and with time many vulnerable ZC supporters will recognise a wasted opportunity.
@gerdosi@AlastairMcA30 Personally, the recognition of different risk levels was GBD’s strongest point. It was setting the stage, the rationale for uneven resource allocation.
The everyone/no one, all/nothing (ZC) strategies protected the healthy and wealthy working from home class with those resources.
