I think sometimes when I’m building, I forget that this should be so intuitive that even my mom (whose only experience with tech is downloading Facebook) could use it.

There’s so much focus on B2B workflows, AI, coding, design, and “another tool for the office.”

But when we focus too much on that, we can lose sight of what’s actually useful to people.

What’s the point of building anything if it doesn’t ultimately make people’s lives better?
