Linea Mainnet is the first chain to activate this in production and we’ve already seen a number of DeFi apps write assertions, showing strong signal on the demand from builders.

What I like when I joined the Linea team is the consistency

While many are chasing hype and tendances, Linea decide to keep the same narrative and ethos: scaling Ethereum without trade-off.

Before Linea TGE, almost if not all the Layers 2 had a governance token with a goal of boostrap their ecosystems (funding apps), while the majority of the tokens was for the team & VCs. Almost no value returned to the token holders, never!

At Linea, our goal is to create different sources of revenue through various mechanisms:

These aspects allow us to be credible to a large number of institutions and regulations around the world
