@orbette Beany Gak. Tin of beans in a bowl, in the microwave for 2 mins. Make two toast, chop some cheese (strong cheddar is best, fight me!). Tear up toast, mix into beans with cheese. 2 more mins in microwave. Cover in black pepper and chilli flakes. Devour.
