@skrwdrvr@TalkinBaseball_ These labor disputes always get ugly but hopefully the billionaire owners come to their senses instead of jeopardizing a season
@MortgageSense83@MLB The owners would probably do some bullshit like that. The best way to make sure that doesn’t happen is to get a fair deal done and play ball in 2027.
@JustindaPhatOne@UrinatingTree This is going to get ugly, no doubt about that. Hopefully the billionaire owners come to their senses instead of jeopardizing a season.
@espn If there is a lockout in 2027 I think it might be worse for the sport than the 1994 strike. It took YEARS for fans to come back and that was because of the '98 home run chase. If they strike in the social media age it could take a decade to get back to where they were.
@BaseballAmerica College ball is great but we need our MLB in the Summer. These things are always ugly but hopefully the billionaire owners come to their senses instead of jeopardizing a season.
@MJAUTOGRAPH@samlightner11@royalsreview This should be the time that fans get to be excited about the young talented crop of players coming up. It’s sad that we as fans have to resign ourselves to no baseball in 2027, all because owners want to play games.
@AthlonSports Buck knows ball. These things are always ugly but hopefully the billionaire owners come to their senses instead of jeopardizing a season.
@Skramerwrites I'll keep saying this till in blue in the face. It’s really a sad that we fans have to resign ourselves to no baseball in 2027, and all because these billionaire owners want to play games.
@tangible_uno Couldn't agree with this more! The owners are basically soulless CEOs, profiting off players’ talent. They need to focus on the CBA and guarantee fans a 2027 season. Fight the power!
@RuffinTumbler@CaesarReeves76@TheSavBananas@MLB So sad that we as fans have to resign ourselves to no baseball in 2027, and all because owners want to keep playing games with the players and us.
