My 85 year old father in law was coming from Denmark to London today for the first time in more than a decade. Husband got Centre court Wimbledon’s tix - a dream for them both! So gutted @Ryanair just cancelled the flights an hour before departure!
@dontforgetchaos@macmillancancer so I’m not sure if t was all the goodness from the local honey or the chemo and radiotherapy but I do know that my mum is still here and she is thriving! I wish you and your mum the best of luck. I know what an absolutely awful time this must be for you both. Xx
@dontforgetchaos@macmillancancer I just wanted to say that my mum was diagnosed with inoperable oesophageal cancer three years ago, they gave her 12 months, we were devastated and totally shocked! She was offered chemo and radiotherapy and a miracle happened,
@dontforgetchaos@macmillancancer it was tough, but worked for her and she is clear of cancer. I don’t know your circumstances but chemo is definitely worth a try. My mum couldn’t eat a thing due to the cancer being in the food pipe and lived on honey for months
@chinmusic201 @HM_Passport Yes we did. We sent it next day delivery on the same day as the application but they had a big back log and it didn’t get scanned for a week!
