@ATT how do I get help. Have spent many hours trying to get an order you canceled for fraud suspecting rendered. Horrible customer service. Long time Small business account.
@ATT single worst call with customer service I have ever experienced. Phone lost, phone canceled “due to fraud”, answer to basic question impossible. Disgusted.
@att my level of disgust escalates. 2.5 hours on phone yesterday trying to get an order u canceled reentered only to be told at the end ur system was down. U asked me to reply on secure link I did then ur people dropped me. Never dealt w/ a worse group.

@XfinitySupport Your service is abysmal. I pay like clockwork, seldom use & can’t get ur service to work sufficiently after many elevated calls & visits. Getting help is near impossible. Disgusted.
@Xfinity for 5 years my service has been abysmal. You sent senior managers & technicians & rewired from box on 3rd floor to my unit. I pay like clockwork - $300 a month & no one can diagnose & fix. Tired of your company.
@Marriott completely disgusted - Gold Elite member who canceled some London reservations yesterday - staying at Mobile Arch - but one did not go thru. Charged $145. Calked to reverse & got run around. Can you help?
