I have to think more how it injects fiat. It must be something with order depth near ticker and trading bots that operate on each exchange, I assume too.

But we can not get into that before people understand how xRapid works. I believe it can not hold them but it can take money in on both exchanges and ”pack orders” for later execution.

If they would hold XRP, execution had failed, value had moved too early, counterparty risk, it fails, xRaoid not executed. XRP does not move until all gets done. And it only moves between exchanges where it gets converted to fiat 👍🏼
