@ArthurlieKillie Suspicious package found in Assembly Rooms, we were evacuated from the show…. Absolute shambles, fire exits blocked and out of use as they were turned into dressing rooms… took 20 mins for us to get out and we weren’t the last ones…

@BootsHelp Gyle refused to see my Son who needed an emergency appointment at an opticians to receive a referral for the eye pavilion! He has bruised retina & a bleed behind his pupil which required urgent attention at the eye hospital which he cant get without an ophthalmologist

Where is your level of care @Boots Uk? Thankfully @VisionExpress saw him and he was referred and treated that evening as a matter of urgency! He’s 13 & required urgent attention!

The gyle store have since phoned and apologised and have said they will re-evaluate staff training and protocols for emergencies!
