@Wimbledon emergency passages obstructed by standing spectators and no controls whatsoever. Horrible experience and no respect for people who queued 8 hours and cared enough to actually hold on to their seat. A staggering drop of standards compared to other years.

Not so great service from BA delayed baggages service. nearly 1hr on calls today, no one can really tell me where my luggage, that i reported delayed yesterday, is. Any help @British_Airways ?

@British_Airways @British_Airways made the report yesterday, talked with two reps today. one tells me they have found a luggage similar to mine and need to verify contents. speak with another, hours later, that tells me they're still looking for it. Asking for a way to escalate and i get nothing.
