@AmazonUK very happy with Amazon customer service the lady was very helpful and resolved my issue.

However when purchasing an item it needs to be clearer if the item is non returnable.

@sainsburys She has already contacted you twice today, details were updated 2.5 years ago when I changed all the details to mine! It is very concerning from a security point of view you haven’t removed a a dead persons details!

@sainsburys the way my mum was treated today was not acceptable. She tried to login she was asked for a code, which was sent to my dads mobile he died 2.5years ago! Id changed all the details to my info when he died.This upset her all day!The people on the phone not very helpful!

@konectbuses I dont know whats happened with the 5B yesterday the bus that was supposed to got at 6.15 (Roy’s) never turned up. I had to rush my brother to the train station so he didnt miss his train to London! I also saw the next bus that was supposed to go at 7.35 go at 7.15!

@VodafoneUK set up a new account for my mums broadband. We have just switched to Vodafone from another provider. Current can’t log in on the app or online on pc. Also how do we clam the £65 gift card?

@HB_HereToHelp I have a reward card and a account online. I used to receive emails. I can no longer log in I can’t even reset my password I never get the email. Looking back through I last got emails from you 17/6/22.
