Also didn’t LO ask for attorneys fees? So her good faith basis and behavior during the proceedings was always at issue

1. epilepsy medication (LO has epilepsy & takes medication for it)
2. Depression/anxiety meds - dr Medchill confirmed LO has such medications on her record

An assertion is not evidence. So your case and the one cited in the CoA opinion are not the same. You cant square that circle

@DavidSGingras @LiliKehaulani Dude you have NEVER proved that judge Mata engaged in an “ex parte review of evidence.” An error in a ruling DOES NOT equal proof of ex parte investigation. In the cited case there was no dispute that an ex parte investigation took place. Judges and JCC say your Mata claims fail.

His opinions aren’t lies. And 3 AZ CoA judges agreed with his legal analysis & not yours. So who knows more about litigation?
