Update: tickets finally issued and now showing a 10:25pm sailing.That’s over 3 hours later than booked, after excessive queuing at Calais.I still have an onward UK commute and work tomorrow.Please advise what compensation or support is being offered.

@POferries@POferriesupdate “End of holidays” is foreseeable demand, not an excuse. If tickets are sold for a 7pm sailing, systems and staffing should ensure customers can actually board. Missing sailings due to predictable queues is not acceptable.
@gordongekko When you say you work for it can you be more specific and tell us what it is that you actually do when you are looking. This might help some people to know what they also need to do if they are also aiming for the generation outcome like you.
