@DisRightsUK Designated safe seats 💺 some airframes arms on either side will not lift.The phone support no idea what frame as have been assured was ok several times & wasnt. Dead legs & bruising & had to grin & bare it. Wrote to airline, no reply. Lack of Joined up thinking. Ombudsman when?
