This past Friday, we celebrated the graduation of another class of men equipped and sent out for faithful gospel ministry. May the Lord strengthen them as they shepherd His people with truth, courage, and love. We give thanks for His faithfulness.
Grateful to the Lord for the men who completed their training with us this past Friday. May they walk worthy of the calling they have received — grounded in Scripture, shaped by confessional fidelity, and devoted to Christ’s church.
Pray for them as they serve in pulpits and mission fields.
We must reject this modern idea that women are sidelined unless they hold public positions of authority. Murphy points out one example that modernity would roll its eyes at: the service of Catharine Kennedy. Without her, it’s doubtful the Log College could have ever started.
To me this picture captures what is special about @GPTSeminary: the relationship of the faculty to the students. It is the most common thing students are thankful for. Profs know the students & they love them. Students get to know the profs & they learn to love Christ more.
This morning, our graduating class met with Dr. Master to reflect, discuss, and pray about their time at Greenville Seminary. Although it is bitter sweet to see them finish this season with us, we rejoice in what the Lord has done in their lives and what he has in store for them in their future ministries.
Join us at the 2026 PCA General Assembly in Louisville, KY for lunch! At this year’s luncheon, we are looking forward to sitting down with Ian Hamilton and asking him some questions about a long-term ministry, reflecting on a lifetime of faithful service in Christ’s church. Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of a new edition of Morton Smith’s Harmony of the Westminster Confession and Catechisms. Seating is limited; we encourage you to register soon.

Thankful for a gathering of our Seminary Ladies Fellowship—past and present. Pray for these women as they labor alongside their husbands.

@JonMcK1647@GPTSeminary Ryle is instructive here: “keep the walls of separation as low as possible, and shake hands over them as often as you can.” If we can’t have brothers from different branches speak at one another’s conferences that would be a sad day. Mike made much of Christ in his address today
