@Ike_Saul I would wager that this was a free user of ChatGPT which significantly diminishes the AI's capabilities, which is terrible for the dissemination of information

100%, my wife is a native Austinite and has seen those rapid changes over the decades. It's crazy to hear the stories of her growing up and see how much has changed.
You guys touched on this, but a big factor will be bringing in more talent from those larger employers but that rests on whether or not the city council will play ball.
My hope is that some of that "weirdness" stays as part of Austin's DNA without hindering the city's ability to transform itself into an actual Tier 1 metro
