The court’s injunction only prohibits the NCAA from preventing Sorsby from participating. That’s the *only* language that exists in the injunction

It prevents the NCAA (and ONLY the NCAA) from taking action to prohibit Sorsby from participating.

Almost nobody outside of TTU circles believes this was the right ruling. It’s a black and white rule that for some reason no longer applies.
