@Airtel_Presence Your people literally blamed the TV after 2 STB didn't work. The TV technician confirmed that it's not the TV at all. So what's the deal? If you can't correct it then reimburse the money for the past 7 months, we have been unable to use the IPTV connection. We r paying for what?

5 technicians, denied to change set top box whn it ws clearly nt working . Despite this whole drama going on for a week, whn I tld them I hv to leave, they committed to change aftr i return. Now denied bcz it's out of warranty. You guys r Shameless!
