@DocLibertarian The ER every few months during especially severe flare ups of abdominal pain but ultrasound showed no gallstones. She finally gets a HIDA scan. Shows hyperactive gallbladder which can also cause issues without presenting gallstones. Waits months for new GI visit.

@anothercohen Especially because we are used to tornado warning and flood warnings being declared in perfectly fine weather. It is hard to know when shit actually breaks bad

@anothercohen We were at my brother-in-laws house in an area that floods often and we had to stay there until 5am to avoid driving in dangerous conditions. While I think there should be ways to receive notifications without sirens blaring from our phones, they are helpful
