@Olacabs — SHAMEFUL handling of a serious passenger safety complaint.

Your driver Shahbaz (MH01EM2074) allegedly demanded payment twice after the trip and threatened to physically harm my son when he refused.

The fare was ₹392 but was forced to pay twice. This is NOT a payment dispute. This is a passenger safety issue.

And what does Ola do? Close my complaint repeatedly without resolving it.

Are you protecting your drivers or your passengers?

I want an immediate investigation, written explanation and action against the driver.

A company that cannot protect its passengers has no business claiming passenger safety.

This was posted on Ola app as well as on email to Ola when my complaint was closed without resolution and it showed ‘Resolved’

This complaint was raised with Ola over the phone this morning regarding a serious safety concern involving the driver. A ticket was created during that call.

The issue has now been marked as “Resolved”, but it has NOT been resolved. We have not received a satisfactory resolution or confirmation of the action taken.

My son found the driver’s behaviour abusive and felt unsafe during the ride. Therefore, this should be treated as a SAFETY complaint and not as a routine service complaint.

Please REOPEN the existing ticket and escalate it to the appropriate safety team. We would like the incident to be properly investigated and would appreciate confirmation of the action taken.

Please do not close the ticket without speaking to us and resolving the safety concern.
