The surgery got done but persists the exhaustion, frustration and fatigue of shouting with medical staff and traversing the so called procedures. Even after being insured, the payment was demanded before the surgery in anticipation of rejection of insurance request?! How unfair

We are still waiting to get operated. He hasn't slept since night due to pain & hasn't eaten anything whole day awaiting surgery in a bumpy cot.
Seems like hospital so called procedure only exists to loot patients & their family.
