What is the compelling necessity to travel during the 9-hour restriction between 9 PM and 6 AM? The night traffic ban exists to protect elephants, tigers, leopards, deer and other wildlife from roadkills and disturbance in one of India’s most important ecosystems.

The Government of Karnataka must not dilute its long-standing commitment to wildlife conservation for political considerations. Conservation must take precedence over convenience.

Assuming that OSM is only a database backend, is there a server-side or client-side rendering library that allows one to embed a map region (with filtered feature-set) on their own webpage?
