@HMRCcustomers I wrote to you some months ago about overpaid tax. I have tried ringing at 8am and many other times during the day but never get through. I am a widow of nearly 70 and I really need this what is now probably over £500. Please reply and help

@HMRCcustomers Why has it taken so long for me though when I have already sent a letter with detailed calculations for tax years 23-24 and 24-25. I reiterate I'm widow of nearly 70 who is losing her winter fuel allowance.

@HMRCcustomers As I suspected I have tried this before. The tax for the year 23-24 is supposed to be calculated between June and October, which is getting closer. I sent in a letter months ago with detailed calculations. Why has it been ignored and why can't I get through on the phone?

@stationhouse01 lady in charge accused me of not paying when I had people around me who saw me pay. Incompetent at doing 3 simple teas and 1 piece of cake and then left me until virtually the end to serve. Tea was so-so, cake unexceptional.

@Yorkshire_BS It is absolutely apalling that having had mortgage and savings accounts with you since the early 2000's I am unable to open an account online because your ridiculous system thinks I am not eligible. My husband passed away in May 2022 so you aren't at all sensitive.

@EastSuffolk a week ago yesterday I saw the binmen empty other house's rubbish into my blue bin before putting on the lorry. I rang Customer services who raised the issue with Waste. I am still waiting to be contacted. This is a health and safety issue!!!
