Cara paling mudah aku ukur? Solat jemaah. Lima waktu di masjid. Bila aku tengok balik, kalau aku tak cukup berjemaah, jelas aku masih lalai.
Soalnya, berapa serius kita nak syurga tu?
Terdengar luahan hati parents kpd anak mrk di Zus td.
Wlpun aku dah lama berdamai dgn kesilapan mak ayah aku dlm membesarkan aku, tp sskli tu perlu juga diingatkan kembali yg mrk hanya la manusia, mmg ada cacat cela.

For people with adrenal fatigue, one of the biggest challenges is dealing with how their body responds to light.
After spending too much time exposed to blue light or not getting enough sunlight, the system doesn’t know how to handle bright sunlight or darkness anymore.
Outdoors, even on cloudy days, their eyes squint like it’s too bright.
Indoors, they’re stuck staring at screens and artificial blue light.
It’s uncomfortable.
Switching between being "on" and "off" becomes a real struggle.
It looks like a simple things to say to just switch on and off but our body needs everything—genes, proteins, hormones, and organs—to work in sync for this to happen.
When this connection breaks, it’s a sign that our internal clock is out of sync.
It put us in this grey area of consciousness for too long.
Too bright to function and too dark to rest.
Man-made lights and working night shifts mess up the delicate structures in our eyes and brain that help us stay in rhythm with nature because we need a coherence state in these organs to function well.
@DrJackKruse explains this beautifully through the POMC pathway, showing how this disruption creates a kind of internal “arrhythmia.”
The POMC story makes me realize the that human beings is evolve to adapt and thats what make us have one less pair of chromosome than chimpanzee.
Its about adaptation.
We are designed to adapt to natural light and when we’re in tune with the sun, our activity, eating habits, and overall rhythm just flow better and it feels better.

I'm not kedekot. But u have to work smart. Bukan cantik by putting mercury and sunscreen on your skin pastu effect hormone then moody je memanjang. Kah!
fun Fact abt Vitamin D.
1. VitD hanya dijana antara 10am-3pm. below n above this time, less to none.
2. berjemur dibelakang cermin tak sama dengan berjemur direct bawah mentari. bahkan boleh bawa keburukan kalau berjemur disebalik cermin
3. Considering taking VitD pills? nope. taking the pill of D3 is not equivalent of making it yourself. There are over 900 metabolites of D made in humans not found in vitamin D pills.
4. kenapa x dinasihatkan ambil Pill berbanding berjemur? --> Sunlight has to sulfate cholesterol FIRST to get the Vitamin D in the skin. When it is sulfated it becomes water soluble in blood. When it isn't, you upregulate LDL cholestrol production. So taking D3 pills and living inside is raising your LDL cholestrol and Dr will prescribe u a statins instead. Thank you Big Ph4rm4
5. Sunscreen gonna block vitamin D production. not to mention - bad fot your health and penyu's health.
6. Sunglasses is the same like sunscreen. will block D production (your eyes/brain cannot sense the UV) --> no melanin --> not protecting your skin --> not making VitD --> chronic diseases.
7. What think Sunlight does: VitD
What actually sun also does: endorphines, dopamine, serotonin, antioxidants, ATP production, nitric oxide, hormosis, sirtuins, autophagy, apoptasis, NAD+.
