@Martyupnorth_2 This would be less of an issue if we just did a better job teaching both languages consistently nationwide. What is the downside to having this knowledge and ability? Opens job opportunities, makes travel easier. European kids speaking 2-3 languages put us to shame.

Federally regulated employers are welcomed to follow suit, but they are not required to do so.
