E20 fuel exposed again by another rider.
Rider just filled petrol in his new E20 capable bike after running out of fuel. Within some meters, bike stopped completely.
Even modern ethanol compatible vehicles can't handle this blended fuel properly.
If E20 capable vehicles are failing, how will old vehicles and middle class owners survive?

How does one even begin to explain to Hon'ble Petroleum Minister Shri Hardeep Puri ji on the nonsense he is speaking :
Sir,
Racing engines are purpose-built and rebuilt constantly: IndyCar which uses 85% ethanol blends has engines designed from the ground up for high-ethanol fuel, high compression, they use special corrosion-resistant materials, they have custom fuel systems.
Also sir they are torn down/rebuilt after every race or few races.
Our average Indian car (especially pre-2023 models) isn't. Common sense !!
Next :
Racing fuel ≠ E20 pump blend: They run E85/E98 or renewable equivalents with massive octane (105+), not India's E20. The high ethanol % + engine tuning gives power/cooling benefits, but requires 30%+ more fuel volume.
E20 in road cars just dilutes energy content without those optimizations.
Massive mileage penalty ignored: Ethanol has ~30% less energy than gasoline. Racing teams don't care about average they want power !
Corrosion, water absorption, and long-term damage: Ethanol is hygroscopic (attracts water, causes phase separation) and corrosive to rubber, plastics, and metals in non-ethanol-rated systems. The Racing cars use compatible parts and fresh fuel! You see in the pit stop tbey are refulled!
Parked or older Indian vehicles could face gumming, rust, and could face failures.
Not apples-to-apples: F1 uses minimal ethanol (E10 recently). Racing proves high ethanol works in specialized setups with unlimited budgets, not as justification for forcing E20 on millions of everyday vehicles without full compatibility.
Matlab kucch bhi sir!!
The excuses govt is giving to justify petrol adulteration, are getting bizarre by the day. Why can't govt just accept that they goofed up, or if they are so confident - release the testing data.
This is not just any other daycare, this was an in-house daycare for a big IT company like @CapgeminiIndia. Why did they not have any checks and balances in place? Are HR departments in big companies only about making gender neutral toilets these days?
Mumbai got a whopping 300mm of rain last night, approximately 55% of the entire June monthly average
Had this occurred last year we would have seen massive flooding in several spots, delayed trains, & offices/schools calling it a holiday
However barring a couple of places which were water logged, Mumbaikars went about today as they would on any other day
So those who are ranting about Andheri Subway need to get a life. It is one thing to criticise @mybmc when they goof up but grow up and give credit where it is due
Well done BMC 👏
Mumbai Coastal Road promenade near Mahalaxmi this evening.
We often demand cleaner public spaces and better civic amenities, but keeping our city clean is a shared responsibility. Civic sense begins with each one of us. We cannot keep complaining about litter and poor maintenance while failing to do our bit.
A Muslim woman from Indonesia came to Japan on a Specified Skilled Worker visa to work at a farm in Kagoshima.
The farm told her not to wear a hijab while working. Their reason was simple:
“It narrows your field of vision, and with agricultural machinery running, sometimes you can’t hear instructions clearly. While you’re in Japan, it would be better to take it off.”
She refused and later quit. After quitting, she claimed she was treated badly — saying even during a company trip she was told not to wear the hijab, and that the founder’s daughters yelled at her to “stop dawdling” and made her run to the fields.
The farm’s response was straightforward:
“She didn’t even join that company trip. And we never told anyone to run to the fields.”
This is the kind of friction that’s already happening when people who refuse to adapt to basic workplace safety rules are brought in.
The 1978 Ranga-Billa case involved the brutal kidnapping and murder of teenage siblings Geeta and Sanjay Chopra in Delhi by career criminals Kuljeet Singh (Ranga) and Jasbir Singh (Billa).
The horrific crime shocked the nation, leading to a massive manhunt and the swift conviction of both killers, who were ultimately hanged in 1982.
The investigation was led by Inspector VP Gupta of the Delhi Police, with SI Ram Chander serving on the team. A bystander, who had tried to save the children, and later helped the police identify the killers by providing their descriptions was Babulal. The journalist who covered the case was Prabha Dutt.
Amazon Prime's series Raakh, which is based on this incident, replaces Inspector VP Gupta with SI Jayprakash Jatav, explicitly portrayed as a Dalit officer navigating institutional bias. Furthermore, SI Ram Chander is replaced by SI Javed Murtaza, Babulal by Saleem, and Prabha Dutt by Nisar, while a lazy hawaldar character named Mishra has been added to the narrative.
This isn't creative liberty. Creative liberty is meant to enhance a story, not distort historical facts to fit a specific ideological agenda. Another stark reminder of how easily history can be rewritten in plain sight under the convenient guise of creative freedom.
There is a new scam by @IndiGo6E these days.
When you web check-in, they don’t show any free seat options to select.
If you skip seat selection and choose auto-assigned seating, they say you'll receive your boarding pass by email around 4 hours before departure. In my case, it never arrived.
When I called customer care to ask why the boarding pass wasn't sent, they told me that auto-assigned seating can only be done 12 hours before departure. If it isn't assigned by then, the airport has to allocate the seat. They also said they have no way to contact the airport.
So you are forced to reach the airport at least 1 hour early for physical check-in. If you arrive close to the check-in cutoff, they may refuse to issue a boarding pass and say you missed the check-in deadline.
Technically, there are no FREE seats for web check-in.
Everybody is out here scamming common people because apparently there’s nowhere for us to go and complain. Well done!
This habitual offender of Hindu sentiments and a perpetual rage-baiter, he appears willing to manufacture any controversy for TRPs and monetization.
From attacking idol worship to making provocative remarks about beef consumption, the pattern remains the same: outrage first, attention later.
Created a needless controversy over a white strip, Ironically ended up with a multicolored strip in the premises!
The @MMRDAOfficial wants 2 lakh BKC corporates to leave their cars at home every Friday starting June 12 for Public Transport Day.
Spoiler: It’s going to crash and burn. Here is why:
The last-mile nightmare: BKC is heavily car-centric. Getting off at Bandra/Kurla stations or the Metro is easy; getting from there to your office means surviving chaotic auto-rickshaw lines or waiting 25 mins for an already packed BEST bus.
Monsoon madness: Launching a walking/bus initiative in mid-June? Good luck navigating BKC’s concrete desert with zero shade or rain cover during a Mumbai downpour.
Rules for thee: Let’s be real. The CXOs and senior bosses aren't jumping into overcrowded locals. They'll just move their Friday meetings to Lower Parel or work from home.
Great intent, but unless they flood the streets with hundreds of seamless, high-frequency feeder buses overnight, Fridays in BKC are just going to be an absolute mess.
Even a flex fuel vehicle which can take any blend from e0 to e100, fuel efficiency will drop with increasing ethanol.
Ethanol has roughly 2/3rd calorific value as that of petrol.
If a FFV returns 20kmpl with pure petrol, it'll return approx 13 kmpl with ethanol.
Its science, which our ministers seem to be in denial of.
@PetroleumMin@HardeepSPuri
I cannot tell you how many messages I received about the Pashupati seal and some western historian denying it by bringing out a comparison with a totally unrelated Elamite seal even though there are stark differences between the two seals.
The Elamite seal is completely different from Pashupati/Proto-Shiva seal. They are not the same. Not even 1% of similarity exists between them to merit comparison.
The Pashupati seal from Sindhu-Saraswati civilization (previously known as Indus Valley civilization) depicts Shiva sitting in Mulabandhasana, which only accomplished yogis perform (representing calm/conscious of the world) surrounded by animals indigenous to India (tiger, elephant, rhinoceros). It scares the folks peddling false constructions of Indian history. Whether they realize it or not Indian history is no longer based on their constructs. Truth is emerging: #ColonizedMinds should bow to truth and accept fact-based history.
Elamite seal is a depiction of an anthropomorphic bull sitting in vajrasana.
Depiction of a divinity wearing horned crown is much different from the depiction of anthropomorphic bull. Somebody’s eyes must be checked for making this false assumption. There is huge difference here between representation of a divinity wearing horned crown and a bull (vaguely anthropomorphic) here. It could be Shiva’s bull but not Shiva/Pashupati if at all comparisons could be made, which is out of context here. And what about all the animals? A seal doesn’t depict “lord of animals” while depicting only an animal and not surrounded by animals.
The colonialists used deflection (like the one we see in this comparison), diffusion, distortion to promote their falsehoods as history. #ReclaimHistory
That the govt doesn't want to reveal any information regarding e20 impact is evident from how they've treated RTIs including mine. But, to coerce citizens into staying quiet is a new low.
This govt is falling further with each passing day.

Travelling from HWH to TATA in Train No. 12813.
Coach: M1
Seat: 80
PNR: 6404070980
An unauthorised lady passenger has occupied my seat and is refusing to vacate it. Despite informing the TT of our coach multiple times, no action has been taken yet. @RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva
The plight of the common man. @RailMinIndia@AshwiniVaishnaw is this the norm? You have been propagating 'corruption free' #IndianRailways. What about this?
Or just another tweet from one hapless passenger who is just a vote-candy for you?
@narendramodi ji -- is this acceptable?
@RailwaySeva -- we know you will daramatise asking for PNR number, mobile number and then go to sleep. 😂🤣
🚨E20 Petrol forced Scam Exposed
❗️50% pre-2023 petrol vehicles now guzzling more fuel. Mileage crash after E20 mandate.
❗️29% owners facing engine damage, leaks, overheating. Science? Ethanol eats rubber & old parts.
❗️Lower energy density = you pay more for less. Officials lied with fake 1-6% drop claims.
❗️Middle class looted to meet ethanol targets. No choice, no fixes, just bills.
❗️This isn’t “green policy”. It’s a forced scam on 80% of India’s fleet. Wake up!
Terrible. There should be no provision for slaughter in a residential complex. Muslim community should stop insisting on it. It will only marginalise them further and push them into a ghetto that many want to escape.
