Dear @driveu_in , please consider adding these two essential "safety" features:
1) A driver block/de-bar option after a ride (currently you only have option to mark a driver "preferred")
2) The option to change drivers without canceling the booking.

@parikshitrathi @driveu_in Customer support isbl beyond exceptional...there is an amazing bot who has been fed the same standard response and only in 8-10 mins some customer care executive appears and disappears... That care in customer care is questionable

Kindly build a road here . It's lane that branches from Kudlu road to school and industries. It's difficult to use this "road" as you can see there's no road #bangaluru #noroad #struggling
