@EileenC_Foster Agree with so many others. The important thing for patient safety is stopping it happening again rather than chasing down who did it. What is the system on the ward for this and how can it be made safer. Sorry you have been dragged into it.
Please have a watch of this 30min or so video celebrating 10 years of Breathe Magic. Such a fantastic programme for those with hemiplegia, improving both physical and social skills and importantly their self confidence. Cannot praise the team highly enough.

Anybody regularly make juniors refer to them as part of senior review BEFORE they refer for real? Iβll often ask mine to practice their radiology requests first, but might add this in to rotation. (J)
