Musk’s urge to humiliate his enemies (reporters, libs etc) and his countervailing desire to be praised and liked will be in deep tension for as long as he does this.
I think every ad impression coming online in streaming services makes run-of-the-mill programmatic inventory (whether video or not) worth *that* much less. Streaming ad inventory is raising the bar for all of digital advertising. It's brand-safe, it's viewable, etc.
The mirror image of "why is rent suddenly so high" is "why is rental housing suddenly a great investment". Conveniently, mega-landlords like Blackstone are obligated to truthfully disclose this is in SEC filings and public statements, and they are 100% crystal clear about why:
@Myles_Younger It’s crazy to me that this is a VERY known issue among the knowledge worker class and no big consultancies have done exactly this. All the aggressive solutions I’ve seen to the problem are at startups (Amazon memos, Shopify deleting all events every 6 months)
