Every sane person, and apparently at least two insane people. But registration does matter because a Registered Republican is by definition not a Democrat.

@steve_vladeck There has been on president in history who has tried to unlawfully remain in power after losing an election, and that president also believed they were not subject to prosecution after leaving office.
So much for that theory.
