The Joint Collector and Returning Officer of Pithapuram AC has clarified in his video message that the allegations are not factually correct and reiterated that only the officials appointed by Election Commission of India has the authority to use indelible ink, and anyone caught trying to use a different ink will face serious consequences. So, it is requested you not believe everything you read on WhatsApp - always fact check before sharing such misleading information!
