@DayleenVann This is completely wrong and not true. You dont pay 25% on everything you own ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ. The only thing owing is deemed dispositions like houses and stock, which you would have paid eventually anyways. There is no "Exit Tax". This is just pandering.
@RaminNasibov You'd think you could use outside air for cooling, but not the case. Too much energy to temper it still, Humidity issues etc... It is why a walk in freezer doesn't use outside air in the winter.
@Peter87836994@TdLeaker No its not any of that. When you renovate a home, more than 80% of it or whatever, youve triggered a deemed disposition, so you owe HST on the Full Market Value of the home. So a 700,000 home, you would owe $91,000 to the cra for renovating it, regardless of if its a flip or not

@JillCo It's an exaggeration. I used to think this. Yes its getting worse but. Those ppl your talking about. Did they goto school and get a trade or a profession? I went for HVAC after switching from Aviation mechanic and my Wife, Dental Hygienist after doing Dental assistant. We do well
@KevinMcCurdy They need to lose a bit first before they come out of the coma, this is how the Oilers operate. Florida lost first 2 games last year to the Leafs.
