1 - Three sources from @FBI tell @CBSNews that they were familiar with a video of Ms. Kerkhoff at home "playing with her puppies" at the time the J5/J6 boom-booms were placed.

2 - After we revealed there were no "puppies," but instead only one adopted adult greyhound, that story was changed to: the video shows she was at home "caring for her dog."

3 - When the lawsuit was filed, the new iteration was: the video doesn't actually show Ms. Kerkhoff ... at all. But you can hear her voice off-camera talking about the dog twitching in its sleep.

4 - The US Government tells us on Friday that this dog twitching video was made at Ms. Kerkhoff's home in Falls Church, VA (3 times):

-"...the investigation established that Kerkhoff was at home in Falls Church, Virginia on the evening of January 5, 2021, with Sergeant Dickert and their dog."

-"Sergeant Dickert’s cellphone contained a video from inside their Falls Church home depicting their dog and
capturing Kerkhoff’s voice timestamped 7:37:48 p.m. on January 5."

-"...the extensive evidence collected by the FBI establishing that Kerkhoff was in her Falls Church home with Sergeant Dickert and their dog at the time the defendant was planting the pipe bombs in downtown Washington, D.C."

*(The bombs weren't planted in "downtown" D.C., but let's not quibble over the minor errors.)

5 - Today, the Government tells us that the "extensive evidence collected by the FBI," that "established" the video capturing Kerkhoff's voice was made in HER "Falls Church home, was a ... wait for it ... "clerical error." They were actually in Alexandria, VA.

🚨What is she carrying?⁉️

Let’s all have fun with this. As I mentioned last night, at the very moment Ms. Kerkhoff texted her boyfriend, Dan Dickert, that she was “Coming home,” Kerkhoff was actually in a @CapitolPolice CDU van on her way to the Fairchild Building, where USCP’s Civil Defense Unit is detailed. She was not yet on her way home. The Government’s filing in the Brian Cole Jr. case, late Friday, indicates Kerkhoff sent this text at precisely 5:18:55 p.m.

The most frequently asked question yesterday was, “How do you know Kerkhoff was in that van?” Because we have Capitol CCTV video of her leaving USCP headquarters, getting into the van with two other officers, driving to Fairchild, and even stopping to fuel up on the way. We then see her leave Fairchild in a sedan with one other officer, whom I’ve identified as one of her fellow Less-Than-Lethal squad members.

The pair then return to USCP HQ and reenter the building at almost exactly 5:40 p.m. Kerkhoff then electronically “clocks out” at that time — as confirmed by the Government’s filing on Friday — and only 45 seconds after entering the building, she is seen coming out and heading toward her car.

This is where things might get fun. Let’s all do this together.

When Kerkhoff and her colleague return to USCP HQ at 5:40 p.m., she is carrying something in her left hand. (Video and screenshots below.) She enters the building with the object and exits with it 45 seconds later. She then carries the object to the exact parking spot where she parked her car early that morning at the beginning of her shift. On a long-range CCTV camera, she can be seen opening up the hatchback of her car, presumably to place that item in the back of the vehicle. Kerkhoff’s car disappears from Capitol CCTV at approximately 5:51 p.m., destination unknown.

What is that item she’s carrying? A lunch cooler? We’re pretty sure that’s a “no,” for a lot of reasons related to our video review and the fact that we can find no cooler of any type with that unique handle and strap design. (Having reviewed and compared with hundreds of examples.)

Pennsylvania announced two “measles-associated” deaths this week.
The causes of death? Well... still under investigation.
No ages. No comorbidities. No clinical histories.
Before the causes of death were even determined, Pennsylvania had already released the politically useful propaganda, that both were unvaccinated, and withheld nearly everything else.
Within hours, “measles-associated” became “died of measles” in the media, and Gov. Shapiro was using the deaths to attack RFK Jr. on false narratives.

Governor Shapiro's unseemly rush to Lancaster County to convene a national press conference and his giddy delight in announcing two measles deaths was a morose commentary on the contemporary political dialogue. The performance was a replay of the Democrats' COVID playbook: fearmongering, misinformation, finger-pointing, and the weaponization of infectious disease fears for political gain.

The announcement appears to have been premature, and the deaths may even have been altogether fabricated by one of the Governor's hopeful staffers. The Lancaster County Coroner says that it has no record of any measles deaths. State law requires that all measles deaths be reported to the coroner.

Governor Shapiro shattered tradition and violated standard public health policy by refusing to share information with the County Health Department or CDC.

Since I have been in office, CDC has had a superb record of cooperation, information sharing, and professionalism with blue- and red-state governors and health officials. Those collaborations have resulted in effective control of the global measles outbreak in this country.

Governor Shapiro got his headlines. He correctly gambled that the slavish mainstream media would dutifully amplify his scolding without any effort to check his facts.

At his press conference today, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro accused me of promoting conspiracy theories because I told him, during an earlier telephone conversation, that some Americans had religious objections to the MMR vaccine because it contained fetal tissue. “There is no fetal tissue in the MMR,” he told me.

This is a segment from a videotaped deposition of Stanley Plotkin, the inventor of the MMR vaccine. Plotkin admits to butchering 76 aborted normally developing fetuses, all over three months old, in just one of the many studies that led to the development of his vaccine.

The rubella virus used in MMR-II is grown on the cultured cell line composed of lung tissue from an aborted three-month-old female embryo and listed as “WI-38 human diploid lung fibroblasts” in the ingredients of MMR-II as portions of these cells end up in each vial of MMR II.

During Dr. Plotkin’s deposition, Attorney Aaron Siri asked: “Isn’t it true that MMR II contains approximately 150 nanograms cells substrate double-strand DNA and single-strand DNA per dose purposefully fragmented to approximately 215 base pairs in length?” Dr. Plotkin answered: “Yeah, that’s probably correct, yes.”

This equals approximately 646 billion pieces of human DNA from an aborted fetal cell line in each vial of MMR-II.

In addition to the human DNA, there is also an unspecified amount of human cellular debris in each dose of MMR-II.

During our phone conversation, Governor Shapiro also accused me of promoting vaccine misinformation. When I asked him for an example, he was unable to provide one, but this did not deter him from publicly repeating that accusation during his press event. As I told him, HHS does not tolerate misinformation by any employee. I offered to point to hundreds of instances of vaccine misinformation by the Biden administration about which I had never heard him complain.

Governor Shapiro also faulted me for the decline in Pennsylvania vaccination rates from 97% - 93.2%. When I pushed back on this assertion, he acknowledged that most of the decline occurred during the Biden administration. It’s unfortunately true that the government lockdowns, deceptions, manipulation, and overreach during Covid severely damaged public faith in the vaccine program.

Governor Shapiro’s press conference was an example of the same species of gaslighting.

The Trump administration is working to restore public trust not by gaslighting or manipulating, but by being truthful, at last, with the public.

🚨BREAKING🚨: (Never-before-disclosed information about the J6 pipe bomb investigation begins in paragraph 5, below.)

While the GOP grassroots, conservatives, MAGA, America First, and their variously preferred “influencers” appear “united” in tearing each other and their former coalition apart, a real curiosity has become increasingly apparent in the Black civil rights community. Almost without exception, the most visible and outspoken Black political activists have remained completely silent on the case of Brian Cole Jr., the autistic Black man accused, arrested, and jailed without bond by the Trump Department of Justice as the alleged January 5–6, 2021 pipe bomber.

Sources within the Cole camp have told me that all of the most prominent voices in Black media, podcasting, and civil rights activism have been contacted about Cole’s case. While a small handful initially expressed interest in covering it or speaking out on his behalf, all have since “ghosted” them and no longer return calls or messages.

What’s going on? This is a group of political activists almost entirely unified in their opposition to anything the Trump administration does. They are equally unified in their readiness to speak out, rally, march, protest, and even call for civil disobedience at any perceived misstep or civil rights abuse by law enforcement or the judicial system against people of color — even when those alleged abuses involve individuals with long and violent criminal records. By contrast, Brian Cole Jr. has no criminal background, has never been in trouble, and comes from a family with a long history of voting exclusively for Democratic Party candidates.

Furthermore, Cole’s arrest bears all the earmarks of a classic scapegoat cover-up operation. Nearly five years after @FBI built a case file on Cole — apparently dismissed for lack of prosecutable evidence — the FBI and @thejusticedept did not revisit that file “with a new set of eyes” until after I named a WHITE former cop (now working for the CIA) as a possible forensic match to the mysterious gray-hooded figure who planted the two suspicious devices at the RNC and DNC headquarters the evening before the January 6 riot. According to Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) — the congressman who has spent the most time investigating all things related to January 6 — the FBI had two eyewitnesses who described the January 5 pipe bomber as a “white male.” Loudermilk revealed this in a televised committee hearing early this year.

Rep. Loudermilk already knew I was on the right track in connecting the pipe bomber both to a WHITE person and to the @CapitolPolice. For the first time, I am revealing the contents of a private conversation I had with Loudermilk after my November 5 morning appearance on the Glenn Beck Program, where Glenn and I discussed our forthcoming November 8 story on @TheBlaze, in which we named our “person of interest” in the January 6 pipe bomb saga: a WHITE former COP with the U.S. Capitol Police. This was a text exchange between the congressman and me. (I will share screenshots of the entire exchange if forced to.) Here are his abbreviated remarks:

LOUDERMILK: “You are about to shake the world!! … We had recently uncovered some evidence that was leading us in the same direction. We need to talk face to face; I have info that can fill in the gaps … Will need to meet to discuss. It is circumstantial, but it points to USCP involvement.”

(I will also reveal what that “circumstantial” evidence of Capitol Police involvement is, in very short order. It is time, and it is quite “substantial.”)

What more does the Black civil rights community need to rise up against this abuse by our Department of Justice? We have a young, special-needs Black man falsely accused by an FBI that already knows a white person planted the devices. We have congressional investigators who had already tied the gray-hooded bomber to the Capitol Police — even before my team and I independently made the same connection.

In short:

A Black man is being framed by Trump’s FBI and DOJ to cover up the illegal actions of a white cop. Dear God … what more is needed to call citizens to the streets of D.C. to protest this obvious injustice and cover-up?

Where is … BLM? The NAACP? The National Urban League? Rev. Sharpton’s National Action Network? The Equal Justice Initiative? Fair Fight Action? Benjamin Crump? Pod Save the People? NPR’s Code Switch? The only reason I was able to find the hidden gate in Rumsey Ct. (near where the J6 pipe bomb was found), is because the first time I visited the site there was snow on the ground. I could see the footprints of the locals disappearing into the fence. In this video, taken ten months later, I knew exactly where to go, but even then I struggled to find the hidden gate latch.

But, @FBI wants us to believe that Brian Cole Jr. was not only aware of this hidden gate, but also knew it opened into an area with no CCTV camera coverage, and was able to disappear into the night.

Also, this gate is at the far end of the Rumsey Ct. alley. Quite a long distance from where “Hoodie” deposited the device. Hoodie knew exactly where to go, and beelined straight to the gate after making the drop.

He personally lied to me early in 2021 - claiming clinical trial data that didn't exist, he claimed that this data documenting that the jabs were "safe and effective" He personally told me to just be quiet, that the data would be released shortly - to pull my punches in speaking out. There was no data and luckily, my spidey sense said he was not being truthful, so after a couple of weeks waiting, I then continued speaking out.
The head of FDA's CBER lied to me - to silence my criticisms of the regulatory and safety data.
After he left the FDA, Peter Marks became head of infectious disease and senior vice president of molecule discovery at Eli Lilly.
To be clear, Dr. Marks is hematologist and oncologist - he is not a researcher in virology or an immunologist.
But the regulatory capture revolving door helps those who help big pharma.
